The methodology compares the content and level of the reference roles defined for each edition, rather than job titles alone. The market or geography and the sample are agreed with the client. Participating companies submit data that MERIDIANO validates, aggregates and anonymises. The result supports salary bands, retention decisions, mobility policies and workforce planning in the relevant context.
